Join a fast-growing USA-based jewellery & activewear brand. Fully remote role, with SA hours.
Manage and optimize purchase orders, shipments, and inventory across platforms and vendors for active and jewellery product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage POs, invoices, packing lists, and shipment plans in ERP and marketplaces
- Coordinate shipping plans with factories, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
- Maintain accurate PO and shipment data, update tracking systems
- Handle labelling, item creation, and claims with vendors and 3PL providers
- Monitor sales orders, backorders, and ensure timely processing
- Conduct supplier check-ins and manage TikTok Shop incidents
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain processes preferred
