Global Graduates is a South African platform that profiles graduates of distinction, graduates with the ‘wow’ factor! Our mission is to connect our growing community of top South African graduates to opportunities in SA and of course in the global space.
Global Graduates was launched in 2024, a division of the parent company, Dixie Recruitment who has just celebrated 25 years.
Lee Dixie has always had a passion for graduates, career guidance and preparing graduates for their first interview! Nothing makes her more excited than when a graduate lands their first job ever! Global Graduates is about living her dream and passion! We live in a global world! We are South Africans, and our hearts want our graduates to stay in SA but we know that many of you have your hearts and dreams overseas! That’s why, if you have the skills or the ‘right to work’ overseas, we will profile you accordingly.
Our ambition is to eventually feature graduates from other countries. Right now, we are taking it slowly. We need to crack this first!
Milan Le Roux is a proud Durbanite and loves living in this vibrant city. After 5 great years working on the yachts, serving people and seeing the world, Milan returned home and found her passion for recruitment.
Nothing brings her more joy than placing a graduate in their dream job and of course, a happy client too.
Milan has a love for people and this role fills her tank! She gets to work with awesome graduates every single day. Outside of work she loves adventure and the ocean!
