Our client has grown from a local business to a global company operating in 160+ countries by building world-class systems. They are urgently seeking an Export Specialist to ensure timely export of products and materials to their international network.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders
- Prepare accurate, country-specific export/import documents
- Book and track shipments to meet customer deadlines
- Update shipment data in business systems for customer and team visibility
- Coordinate customs clearance with freight forwarders
- Resolve shipment delays and issues
- Drive improvements in export processes and systems
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or similar
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and business systems
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and service-focused
