Qualifications:
- Matric
- Consumer/Retail Management Degree
- Atleast 1 year in Merchandising/Printing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Duties:
- Generating sales orders and submitting to accounts department upon artwork approval for invoicing to take place timeously
- Generating works orders and submitting these to artwork team for visual creation
- Requesting delivery or collection information (order requirements ie. Date and delivery address) from clients and passing this information onto the artwork, production and dispatch teams
- Checking of visuals and sending of visuals to the client for approval
- Chasing up on visual approval from client
- Requesting estimates from estimations team for specialised products
- Updating clients on the status of their orders where necessary
- Upselling to clients
- Sourcing new clients
- Maintaining relationship with existing clients
Effective Client Liaison:
- Ensuring all information regarding each order is conveyed correctly to artwork, production and dispatch teams.
- Timeous and accurate feedback to clients on requests (quotes, delivery details, production status)
