Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • Consumer/Retail Management Degree
  • Atleast 1 year in Merchandising/Printing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

Duties:

  • Generating sales orders and submitting to accounts department upon artwork approval for invoicing to take place timeously
  • Generating works orders and submitting these to artwork team for visual creation
  • Requesting delivery or collection information (order requirements ie. Date and delivery address) from clients and passing this information onto the artwork, production and dispatch teams
  • Checking of visuals and sending of visuals to the client for approval
  • Chasing up on visual approval from client
  • Requesting estimates from estimations team for specialised products
  • Updating clients on the status of their orders where necessary
  • Upselling to clients
  • Sourcing new clients
  • Maintaining relationship with existing clients

Effective Client Liaison:

  • Ensuring all information regarding each order is conveyed correctly to artwork, production and dispatch teams.
  • Timeous and accurate feedback to clients on requests (quotes, delivery details, production status)
